Care Plan


Upon admission, the doctor constructs a personalized care plan for the patient.

This section displays all identified patient problems.

Each problem card includes a section for adding detailed descriptions of how the issue will be addressed.

Saving the problem details unlocks a new "Show Orders" function. This function offers two options:

  • Write Order: Allows the doctor to create specific instructions (medication, consumables, etc.) to address the problem.
  • Hide Order: Collapses the order section for better organization.

Selecting a medication reveals a "Details" button on the far right. Clicking this button allows you to access further information about the medication, categorized as:

  • Inventory Information: Track stock levels and availability for informed prescribing decisions.
  • Prescription Information: View key details like dosage, frequency, and duration for accurate administration.
  • Medication Instructions: Specify clear instructions for the patient regarding how to take the medication.

The prescription information card now features a helpful function. Selecting a dosage triggers suggestions for appropriate administration times, making medication prescribing more conveni

Order Status and Confirmation:

  • Once you save an order, it will appear in brown, indicating it's pending confirmation.
  • To confirm the order, click the eye icon (view button).
  • A confirmation window will appear. Simply type "confirm" in the provided field to finalize the order.
  • Upon confirmation, the order will turn blue, signifying successful submission.

Medication Calender

Clicking on the medication calendar provides a comprehensive view of all medication orders, including the scheduled dates and times for administration.

After administering a medication, the nurse can select the medication on the calendar and record administration details, including notes and confirmation of whether it was given.Upon returning to the calendar, the link for that medication will turn green, indicating successful administration.

Medication Calendar Legend:

  • Blue: Medication order is queued and awaits administration.
  • Green: Medication has been successfully administered.
  • Red: Medication was not administered.

Filter and Navigate the Medication Calendar:

  • Filter by Timeframe: Choose how you view medications by selecting Today, This Week, or This Month.
  • Navigate Dates: Use the < and > buttons to quickly move forward or backward through the calendar dates.
